Sumon Wahed

Multilinear Narratives

Artist Sumon Wahed is currently the Lecturer at the Department of Drawing and Painting, Faculty of Fine Art, University of Dhaka. The promising artist has several prestigious awards to his credit. Besides solo exhibitions, SumonWahed has held a number of group exhibitions in his career as an artist.

Kala Kendra, an art space run by artists, presents artist SumonWahed’s solo exhibition titled, ‘Multilinear Narratives’, opens at 6:30pm on Saturday, 06 October 2018. This is the fourth edition of Kala Kendra’s exhibition series, ‘Drawing and Thinking, Thinking and Drawing – 4’. The exhibition is hosted online @Artitude – www.artitude.com.bd

Professor LalaRukhSelimspoke on SumonWahed’s work at the occasion. Artist WakilurRahman curates the exhibition.

The exhibition will remain open until 31 October 2018, everyday from 4:30-8:30 pm at the gallery at 1/11, Iqbal Road (3rd Floor), Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh.
